  1. Why am I paying $8.77 every 2 weeks for netflix? I was under the impression that it was monthly. If that is the case I want it canceled immediately.

    1. It may be that you just started the service and they bill ahead for the month coming. If this is not the case You should contact Neflix.

  9. Today when I signed on Netflix I went to finish watching the back TV shows FRINGE and love the stories. However I find that Netflix took it off. Well this is the best TV show ever ran. There is no reason for taking it off. There are other shows that stink and should be taken off instead FRINGE. This show should have run again on TV. I don’t know who made the decision to remove it from the line up. Lets try to see what people want that use your service and not some bookworm that doesn’t even know what a good running show is.   12. How Can I get a sensible answer from Netflix. I Have just joined and on trying to watch a movie, It started OK then ever 10-20 seconds it stopped and a little circle came in the middle of screen with a number and the % mark thenthe movie would run for a few minutes then go through the same stop start routine. I got fed up with that and tried another movie but that was just the same. Dont they show movies without interuptions????

    1. make sure you are connected to wifi and that there is no internet problems. That is usually the problem when the % comes up.
