Attack on Titan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama which began in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine on September 9, 2009. Considered as one of the uprising anime series in Japan and all over the world, the series chronicles the story of the world where humanity exists only inside cities guarded by walls against the Titans.
The series follows the life of Eren Yeager, his sister Mikasa Ackerman and friend Armin Arlert, who join army to fight the Titans in order to protect the city after it has been invaded and Eren’s mother is eaten. All they wish now is protect earth from those humanoids and protect humanity.
