tv showing netflix and hand holding remote

We’re a couple of weeks into fall now, and things are starting to get spooky. Pumpkin spice has taken over all things edible from cookies to coffee to cereal, and apple cider is mulling as we speak. And for those of us looking forward to amping up the ghosts and goblins leading up to All Hallows Eve, you might be wondering who will help you get in the mood.

Will Micheal Myers and Jamie Lee Curtis fill you with fright? Or will Ghostface make you Scream? Surely, Netflix is bringing on some October appropriate shows for you! So, let’s see what coming to Netflix this month — starting with October 1st.

You would think that groups of teenagers would’ve learned by now that partying in an abandoned house leads to no good. At the very least, it’s a serial killer’s lair — and that’s if they’re lucky. Most likely, it will be haunted, and you’ll all be stuck inside getting picked off one by one by the ghost’s malevolence.

That looks to be exactly what happens in House of the Witch. Check it out:

Just like you need to plan for what to watch in October this year on Netflix, you also need to know what’s leaving. Why? Because you have to plan to watch those titles which are leaving before they’re gone. Who knows when or if they’ll be back?

One thing’s for sure, if there’s a show you’ve wanted to watch, but have been putting it off — it’s time to watch. If I had one recommendation it’s this: Watch The Fall before it leaves on the 29th — you won’t be disappointed.
