Netflix and chill is a big thing lately. It’s a rather tedious (wink, wink) routine. If you’re in the Netflix and chill routine that doesn’t have any action, you’re just a slug on the couch, then this may be the best workout routine for you. It’s personalized and perfect, great for those that need the little extra motivation.

Motivation is hard to find when your favorite show is on Netflix and all you want to do is sit and watch Netflix rather than get up and get moving. But what would you think about a system that will literally take you to the point of not being able to watch Netflix at all unless you exercise? A system that give your the ability to workout and watch Netflix. A  Netflix trainer, if you will.

Sounds torturous, right? More than likely you’re probably thinking why would anyone want that system? Why would you want a system that does not allow you to watch your favorite shows and movies continuously? Is there such a thing?

To answer the last question… Yes! To answer the rest of the questions, for the simple reason that you must find the gumption to get your booty off the couch and get yourself moving. So how does this work? Quite simply, actually. Ronan Byrne made it possible for those that do and don’t want to work out, to be able to work out right in the comfort of their own home.

How Does this Work??

So how does this work? All you need is an exercise bike, a laptop, an HDMI cable, a USB cable, and a tv entertainment system that allows you to plug your laptop in to watch Netflix from your computer.

Once you have all of those things, you can download the “app” or algorithm from GitHub. Once you’ve started the download and you’ve got everything in place, including your workout bike and your entertainment system, you’re good!

The nice thing about this system? This workout is customizable from the length of your workout, resting time, the number of sets, and the intensity of the exercise. You are pretty much in control of your workout. You can even choose the show or movie that you wish to watch. How sweet is this?!

The nifty thing about this whole thing? If you stop for just a second, your show or moving will pause too, so remember, if you pause so will your Netflix!

What do you think about the workout system that Ronan Byrne has created? Would you use it? Do you think it’s worth the hassle of setting up and actually utilizing for your workout? Personally, this is great for those that need a little bit more motivation for their workout. Tell us what you think about this system and tell us if you’ve tried it! We’d love to hear from you!
